Whilst the site is named www.antiquejewelleryboutique.com, the jewellery on the site is a mixture of antique, vintage and modern (1960-) items and we will not be held liable should a piece not be antique.

In the event that an item is sold in our shop in Hungerford at the same time as it (being the same item) is sold online, we reserve the right to cancel the internet sale without liability. 

antiquejewelleryboutique.com shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these Terms if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
We offer free delivery service on all orders within the UK.

A purchase will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. We will only ship to an address that matches the details of the method of payment used in the purchase and items will not be shipped to a postal box address.

All items are fully insured and sent at the risk of the antiquejewelleryboutique.com.

The item must be returned at your expense using a secure postal service and should be fully insured to cover its full value.

Items will be sent out as soon as your payment has been cleared.

RETURNS
We will accept returned goods for a refund if you:

Contact us to let us know of your intention to return within 7 days of receiving your purchase. The item must be returned to us within 14 days via a secure and insured service.

Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received by you - damaged, broken or altered items will not be accepted for a refund.

If you have asked for an item to be specifically resized or altered and then decide to return the item, the cost of the alteration or resizing will be deducted from the overall refund amount.

Unless otherwise stated, diamond colour and clarity and any weight estimations are an assessment and determined without removing the stone from its setting. On occasion this poses limitations by the setting or mount. Should you feel unsatisfied by our assessment, we will only consider opinions of a qualified gem grading laboratory. Contact us, and we will discuss your grievance. Any unauthorised testing could result in a delay of your refund or a refund not being authorised.

Please remember that if you are buying a piece of vintage or antique jewellery, it must be treated with care. These items are not suitable to wear whilst gardening, washing / showering, playing sport etc. The items offered for sale on this site are modern and vintage jewellery or antiques in good condition and with careful treatment should remain that way.

PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will never give your details out to any third party without your expressly asking us to do so. We will store your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The data we keep pertains only to shipping details and we will only send you mail directly relating to your purchase from us, to include annual service requests and Christmas cards. All transactions are strictly confidential and we will not have access to your credit card details. All online transactions will be made through our online partner, Stripe. All details of the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Stripe are listed clearly at www.stripe.com.
